随着社会经济的迅速发展,城市的环境污染日趋严重,迫切需要实时、准确、大范围、可靠地获取环境参数的现状和动态变化数据。为此,提出了以GIS为主要软件,开发平台建立城市污染信息系统,并确立了系统的结构与功能、系统的数据库、系统的应用等。城市污染信息系统将为城市环境的管理提供高效、科学的信息支持,从而提高管理水平。     

城市风景林经营技术及经营效益评价研究

在搜集大量相关文献的基础上,综述了我国城市风景林经营的研究现状、经营原则及城市风景林经营技术,包括造林树种的选择、林分空间配置、抚育采伐及林分更新技术等.并构建了一种由专家打分法和问卷调查法相结合而成的城市风景林经营效益评价机制,用以监督城市风景林经营管理,评价其经营效果.

随着世界性城市化、工业进程的加快,城市热岛效应越来越强烈,并极大地影响城市生态环境的安全和居民的日常生活,缓解城市热岛已是迫切需要解决的问题。综述了目前城市热岛的生态环境效应、热岛的形成机制、时空分布特征、研究方法的模型和治理与对策等研究的最新进展动态。在总结当前研究的基础上,探讨了城市热岛未来的研究重点和方向。     

A Study on Urban Land Structure Optimization Model

As far as the urban land structure is mentioned, it means the distribution of urban land among the different industries of the city. The problem of urban land structure is referred as unreasonable allocation of urban land caused by several factors, including the decision making mechanism of old economy and urban development policies. Different from using Fractal theory, Entropy theory and Functional theory, in this paper, with reference to Dissipative Structure Theory, one dynamic, systematic and historical optimization model of Max f(J_i, X_i) with two parameters of J_i and X_i will mainly be set up. This model can be used for analyzing the key factors determining the optimization of urban land structure.     

Enlightenment from Chaos Theory for Urban Planning: Seeking Order out of Chaos

As a new discipline, Chaos theory was ushered in the revolution in physics of the 20th century, which is of jistoric significance. Chaos theory is concerned with the objects in our tangible world (macro world) with the measure of human beings. In this paper, a brief analysis of chaos theory and fractals is given and then the enlightenment and new perspective for urban planning from chaos and chaos theory are illustrated. The author hopes that!this paper could draw the concerns of designers regarding the application of chaos in urban planning.

In urban design, only by continuous and dynamic research work from design to finally putting it into practice, can we made good control on city appearance. This article analyzes nowadays defects in our urban design from two aspects as the result establishment and validated control, and tries to conceive a feasibility plan to solve the problem.     

Analysis of Urban Reconstruction Based on Game Theory

The management of urban reconstruction is a process of game between the government and developers.It is helpful that the interest and its equilibrium for the relative parties involved in the reconstruction process are considered during the formation of government policy.This paper analyzes the environment for the policy constitution and establishes a model for strategy making based on the game theory.This model provides a basic foundation to improve the management ability of the government in the reconstruction process.Finally,in this paper some strategic issues are suggested to cope with the challenges from urban reconstruction in China.     

On the Development of Urban Spatial Structure in the Information Age

Today the information globalization is the trend of society development. The information technology has great influence not only on the mode of life and production, but also on the urban social and economic structure. In order to fit in with the change in this regard, the urban land-use distribution, residential mode, traffic pattern and so on should be changed correspondingly. Therefore, this change will lead to the development and evolution of whole urban spatial structure. In this paper, the development tendency of urban spatial structure in the information age is analyzed and some proposals on city planning and construction are put forward.
